>we finally get 3 and 5 intellect heroes
>they're in a very isolated set
Fuckin' hell. I'm happy that they're finally exploring that design space that has been available since the get-go. Data Doll doesn't count, she's not CC legal.
So TUFFNUT gets to basically pitch the top of his deck and get an incidental advantage if it's an attack with 6 or more base. Kinda shit, considering there just aren't that many blue sixes (pictured as the one and only). I think the "toughness" token will basically be a boardside blocker and or damage prevention. It makes sense if it defended Nut's loins because he's going to want to use his whole hand on his turn instead of wasting it on preservation. So with that in mind, you get a token generation that allows you to stop damage on top of pitching the top of your deck to help mitigate small handsize. At the very lease, this design space is interesting. I look forward to seeing how he plays the most.
Then you have Goldmane, and oh boy... That ability is pretty wack, He has not one but two handicaps, and that's suppose to make up for being able to have a 6 card hand (including arsenal). He will frankly live and die by the card support from this set, but I'm wagering he'll come up a little short of being good.
