Fuck if I know, I'm winging it.
The free app is CamScanner. It does a pretty decent job, but i need a "cradle" of sorts apparently to avoid the blurs towards the spine.

Found an instructable on a cardboard stand I may try, but ironically I currently have none on hand at least of the size I would need.
