Models don't spring from nothing, there has to be some kind of creative drive behind them.
Sure, being an "idea guy" isn't a substantial contribution to the hobby, but neither is yet another semi-decently painted Ultramarine's First Company.

As other Anons have pointed out, there are options out there if I wanted to realize my Fem-marines as miniatures, but the game being the mess that it is I don't really want to bother.
