That's not what ADetailer does. It's just the AI running a second close up pass over its own output and overlaying it on the first. Just letting it do this fixes a bunch of issues in those areas.
Instead of posing "okay but how does this thing work" as critiques of the tool, you should save yourself time, go to /g/ and check the OPs of a few of the AI generation threads. Half an hour of reading and you'll have a good grasp of the basics.
