my (fan fiction tier)villian for a next RF spin off(set in the fantasy Caribbean) would be a native carribean that, at first, perfectly assimilated to the fantasy european culture that colonised his island and joined its armed forces but then got PTSD because he witnessed the horrors of modern warfare and then became fantasy ted kaczynski, who thinks industrialism was a mistake and the only hope for humankind to save itself is to blow up the world and return it into a state where humanity is just another animal in natures kingdom

you would play just a guy/girl that becomes major of an fantasy caribbean island, who starts as an almost satiricaly corrupt opportunist that wants to rule like an autocrat but along the storyline and bachelor/rette events you become a better person that has to balance the modernisation and the resulting problems (polution, social issues and general overexploitation of resources) with the need of the island and its godds

then you fight fantasy ted kaczynski in his techno aztec pyramid in space but I concider that optional
