Yeah what the other guy said. I have a friend who just went from a z-tier company to Roblox and basically tripled his income. You just gotta grind interview prep for a few months then bite the bullet and interview. It sucks but it’s obviously worth it for 400k or whatever they’re paying now at Roblox.
