BG1 and 2 weren't really made to have much nuance between Good and Evil runs, but I'd say they're both well represented. With that said, make peace that some companions will fucking hate you and just straight up leave depending on your actions, if recruitable at all.
Now, speaking of Viconia specifically you'll get one of the best romances if you're Good (make sure to be human / elf / half elf too) and manage make her stick with you throughout. It is pure kino to be a LG Pally and hug her so hard that she changes from Evil to Neutral. Mind you, this is BG2, as she's barely a character in BG1.
