In the US yeah, it wasn't really a thing here in Aus but occasionally we did get some really cool shit, I got Tony Hawk Prok Skater 2 and Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX out of cereal boxes, and not just demos, the full games for PC.

I just miss the days when novelty toys didn't feel cheap, even Happy Meal toys felt quality. I got this Buzz Lightyear and even though it only moves at the shoulders and the wings go up and down, I loved this toy and I'd take it to school all the time.
