they could put other heads on them but it's been too long that I'm not sure how they could differentiate them. iirc teresa (the big forehead one) was explicitly known for being the number one fighter among their kind while simultaneously transforming the least/not at all, and that's what set her apart, since her peers all had to draw upon some portion of a monster's power to the point that it altered their physical form in combat.
so any differentiation probably would have to be from clare having transformation/demi-transformation parts
the reality is probably just that they'll be mostly body reuses though
