I'm from Alsace. I can recommend hitting all the cute lakes we got in the mountains. Lac Vert is probably my favorite alongside Lac de Blanchemer, most people prefer the Lac des Truites though. Definitely do the Sentier des Roches and the ridges on top of it... All those things are very close to each others, you can do them in one trip.
