Whenever someone gets transformed in the background, often with the person responsible for the transformation being completely unaware said person even transformed and the victim having no idea why it happened. Bonus points if we only really see them pop up again in cameos as time went on on how they've taken to their new situation
>Guy at a convention walking around with a camera that will always take the perfect group cosplay shot
>Has no idea his camera is in fact a reality altering device
>Bystanders are being transformed to become the other members of the group cosplay, with their lives altered to fit why they'd be cosplaying with the member of focus
>Only the transformee is aware that their own life was altered, with everyone else thinking they've always been their new identity
>After taking a shot, the camera owner ends up leaving before any of the bystanders go in shock realizing what just happened
>Camera owner only realizes something's wrong with it at the end of the convention, after taking a selfie with his best friend and crush, who just happened to decide she wanted to cosplay as one of the twin sisters of the two's favorite anime this season
