I didn't remember them by name but these dungeons are some of the more unique ones. And I think including them in the discussion about exploration is a bit dishonest since they're part of some pretty big quests, they are both literally inaccessible without completing the quest

I've known about it since LE days but it's still cool, it's just a shame that that whole region doesn't have anything else interesting. Even Fallout (both NV and 4) had more coastal and underwater content
