Yeah you need money to maintain a vehicle, that should be obvious to anyone who's ever owned one.

Might try your idea but I work and have a car. I'm basically going to build a cabin tinyhouse then work on a house over time. The tinyhouse will become the foyer to the main house like how the custom house is built in Skyrim. I'm pretty much going to copy the floorplan and live in my le ebin vidya game house.
