He's had the same in-house Dragonsteel Entertainment™ illustrator (I think he has two, actually; one is Isaac Stewart(?)), since the early days who was drawing the Realmatic symbols like the three forms of Allomancy through Mistborn, all the maps, etc.
Just like he's had the same in-house Dragonsteel Entertainment™ overall LORE editor Peter Ahlstrom (also a personal friend like Isaac) since the early days (before the 2010s). His first illustrator wasn't Michael and his first edtior wasn't Moshe.
