I as a male mammal am meant to get approval and sex from females but I basically never interact with them. I only look at images, videos and drawings of them. Of course I have low confidence, confidence comes from females assessing you as a high quality mate. It's how your brain gets you to play the game, sadly even when you totally lost your still can't escape your biology and you have to keep playing till you die. Thanks to technology you can even watch other men succeed at everything you failed at.
