Here comes the demoralization train, that's another reason why this thread is miserable not even the jannies care.
Don't listen to them: you can improve, you can go into higher ranks, but never assume it'll take one month for everyone. Take things at your own pace, even if you are learning so slowly it might feel like you are not learning at all. Allow yourself to make mistakes but put in the effort to try and learn from them. Don't let anyone judge all those hours you pour in to reach your goal.
