the real solution to powershifting isnt to leave it as it is or remove it entirely
its to have energy start at 100 instead of 0, and have it regenerate out of form
and then make tigers fury give haste instead of +damage to make up for the dps loss
if people still cant shake the powershift autism you could also move furor to the feral tree and make it lower the shift gcd now that rage/energy when forming in is no longer a thing
