I don't even know why they list this as a "BAD" thing. Having a stable DPS for bossing that doesn't rely on parts or core damage is more useful in general considering that ShiftUp likes to shift gimmicks around a lot. The next solo raid boss purposely has multiple parts spread out away from the main body just to cuck RH and SW and I'm not sure if it has a core or not.
I bet the next electric raid boss will have a shitton of trash mobs on field permanently just to fuck with Cindy.
