Not sure if this site (https://poketcardcalc.com/) can be trusted but the odds of getting three shinies within 24 packs are ~0.06% while the odds of getting a crown Ho-Oh or Lugia are 0.16%. And this didn't happen once, but twice.

I thought I couldn't hate shinies anymore, but it was possible after all.
