I call it "Hell Week", and I don't recommend anyone else do it since it's just a crash diet.
>Fast monday and tuesday
>Eat 1500 calories wednesday (maximizing satiety and protein)
>Fast thursday and friday
>Eat 1500 calories saturday and sunday each
Weight drops like crazy and I lift to offset the muscle loss as much as I can. It's stupid though I know
