Marco's recipes are unironically amazing, he's actually very unpretentious because even though he's a michelin chef his lower class background means he's actually very open minded to trying different stuff because he knows what its like to not have the luxury to be picky. His Knorr infomercials are unironically great. I make his spaggetti/bacon/onion/tomato pure dish a lot.
