The faces in fallout 4 unironically look better than in starfield, and I'm not just talking about that meme image of all the fat black npcs. Even unmodded skyrim has better looking faces, (not necessarily prettier, just more detailed and realistic.) It's crazy to me that that used 8x more polygons and it still looks like that.
