Lol, Switch 2 was very clearly marketed to adults. They've been selling more mature 3rd party games since the Wii U because they know their core audience has aged. The "Nintendo Kids" became teens with the SNES and then adults, and their strategy reflects that growth with each generation.
I'm not entirely sure who they're advertising to by getting Paul Rudd to be their spokesperson again, maybe older people, but the days of Nintendo just being for kids have long passed.
