How do you feel reflecting upon that? We often judge ourselves more harshly than others, and that inconsistency is usually unproductive. Think of a copy of yourself, or something along the lines of a close friend confiding in you, telling you they feel pathetic for flirting. Try to articulate how you would push back in their defense.
