They already have the Avalanche troop models from Remake and most of the monsters so far have been used, so they would only need to work on the human field sprites. Most of the work would have to consist in creating moves for the Turks themselves, but honestly, they could circumvent that as well by having them being able to equip other characters' weapons and use their moves a la fighting game shotoclone.
But again, it seems that we won't have CC and TFSE2 over before the end of the year, so who even knows at this point.
