you lose more than 2 move speed when you start shooting at someone on ivy. that's not 'basically having fleetfoot passive'. she moves at 5 M/S and does no fucking damage with her mags. I've never seen a single other hero get every single viable build raped like this. she has this one unique quirk on the hero. no spirit scaling like most other heroes. no base resist like most other heroes. this was her thing and they just fucking removed it. so unironically I expect her to get spirit scaling on something now. like look at this shit on grey talon.
