Cheap houses all over AZ. Mostly in the desert, but it has forests up north. Be wary, there are some podunk towns. Basically the only accommodating ones are Phoenix area, Tucson, Prescott, and Flagstaff. Flagstaff has high housing costs, you're not gonna find under 300k.

For 200-300k house you need 50k-75k salary btw.
