I wouldn't use YT at all if I couldn't, I see people complaining all the time about ads and having their lectures being constantly interrupted by completely unrelated shit or worse, 15m long fragments they need to manually skip.

Back in my days, people would upload hobby stuff for the sake of it, to share with others, to participate in something greater. If you are doing this for money, it's your problem, not mine.
