I haven't seen this mentioned by anyone but the lagoon bridge by MIB is closed off and looks like it's getting ripped apart. Could be to fix something on it, or it could be to fill in that retarded tip of the lagoon that serves no purpose to give the back corner of the park more space for Pokemon
