Ty Lee is an actual woman with curves, nice breasts, and a great ass. Everyone in Avatar has some emotional issue or trauma; Toph is no different. Toph just hides it by trying to act tough and distant from everyone.

I would take Ty-lee, a bubbly out going flexible and attractive woman; over Toph, a pre-pubesant child insulting and emotionally closed off child any day.
