I use clip studio paint, it's a nice balance between convenience and harder to master features. I draw on a Wacom drawing tablet, and (this is where it gets silly) I use a DualShock controller for the shortcuts lol
Before being able to afford the tablet I drew on my phone, with my finger, and I used medibang paint. And of course I still paint traditionally with guache, india ink, acrylics, watercolor...

It sounds like you're yet to learn the basics, maybe focus on traditional art first since it's more accessible. Good luck on your journey!
