Independents can go broke just as easy. Try having 1,000 customers when ur independent. I have 15 people working for me for a measly 10%

Btw. Independents usually just get their freight from brokers who already take their 10% or more off the top anyway. So what’s the point???? The spot market is currently tending .60cents mile below contract freight.
