Was 13% bf at 170. Gotta be 12ish now at 168, no pump.

I switched to push/pull/legs and 60/25/15 carbs/protein/fats two weeks ago. The strength gains have been unbelievable. I'm originally from southern Europe. What the fuck was I thinking doing low carb?
