No. You read your rules. There is no Phonix Rapiers anymore anon. The only EC weapon we have is a Phonix Spear.

That is a dogshit tradeoff; any WS5 sergeant can now have WS6 with primary advantage while having access to TH. We used to have a guy in 4++ with Chainfist and many, many attacks; now he doesn't even have Icons. The new Phoenix Warden literally has no purpose.
