You're definitely meant to be worried for her because that's the theme of the film. You think to yourself, "I wouldn't let my girl out of my sight if I were in his shoes."

There is no kidnapping scene in the movie though. Go ahead and look for it to prove me wrong. I've seen Eyes Wide Shut more times than you've seen the evening news.
