chop up an onion and some garlic then fry them off in the pan, add to some tomato passata with tomato puree added to thicken as required. Throw in a packet of cooked mussels and heat while the pasta of your choice boils. Strain the pasta then pour the mussel mixture over the top. Lovely stuff
