From the very same campaign, yes. I was very disappointed when the very next update they added a hair color slider so you could give anyone whatever retarded multicolored hair you wanted. Your only option should be controlling how grey your hair has gone.
I worked hard on creating this abomination and now anyone can just customize it themselves at will.
