Retard, either the scaling will not be noticeable because you have pixels too small to see, or there will be black bars in the blank spots that you wont even notice.
Also old movies from the 80s and before scale perfectly with 1440p ultrawide monitors and fill the entire screen.

good, but objectively inferior to ultrawide, and the price of the low-end 1440p ultrawides are just not that much more expensive. I personally went from 16:9 to ultrawide and loved it.
