Taash is just a baffling character. Like they went out of their way to depict her as ignoring how Emerick wants to be referred to and like you said she never gets called out on it. They didn't have to have her do that, it's like the wanted to show her as a massive hypocrite you shouldn't like but gave you no option to do anything about it in the actual game

I think she's also supposed to be the youngest companion which is why her being super sexually aggressive is extra weird. I think they only did that for her because she was the least conventionally attractive companion so they wanted to get her as naked as possible

And yeah. The modern speech patterns. It's like someone literally wrote in a self-insert including their speech patterns, which might explain why she's a selfish hypocrite who doesn't really care that much about anyone else
