You now remember this was in the files on game's release, and while it's most probably placeholder UI from before release, it's clearly showing the desert B-01 recolour that was "leaked" few months ago, supposedly as proof of upcoming armour recolour customization.
They really are adding NOTHING new. It was all there, before the release. Would explain the major bugs coming back on "new" content and "new" content being much more aligned with release state of balance.
