In the latter case, hope you were taking notes about your powers, cause you'll need them to escape. You ALWAYS need a doorway, so if you're chained up or being held by an orc wife? No escape. It can be primitive, it can be covered by mere curtains, you can make it yourself, it just has to be a door of some kind. Tent flaps and magic teleporters don't count. The door you arrived through will always remain, but I cannot guarantee you will be able to reach it again safely.
And sometimes, you'll lose. If you get bad ended, or face-sitting with a monster girl goes wrong, you reincarnate in a random world with a new body... eventually. You must be stuck in a bad end for at least a month to reincarnate.
You can make allies and take them with you, but you may also make enemies, and you're not the only planeswalker... some may even take issue with your morals. A sexy vigilante might seduce you, only to put a chastity cage on you and sell you to a sorceress, an angel girl may kill you on sight (reincarnating you), or an occult NEET girl who wised for the same thing may stalk you.
Two things are for sure though, you're not going to be staying on one place for long, and things aren't going to get boring for you...
