On a unrelated note, if hr is ever mentioned (which of course is 100% female), like in

Everybody just looks at each other smiling, like its completly unimaginable to include hr for anything even if it is something like training schedules, employee development etc. If you really think about it its fucking insane. Imagine there was a whole ass department like maintenance but everybody would keep fixing their own stuff, because nobody right in their mind would ask the actual fucking department for help
