Last update for my defective Charmed
Amiami made me go through hoops and then told me I'd need to send the whole kit back for a replacement which I rejected
A few days later I finally heard back from Kotobukiya who pretty much just said "sorry for the delay, give us your address and we'll send the replacement piece". No bullshit hoops to jump through which was great
Part shipped yesterday and arrived this morning (overnight shipping for this tiny thing goddamn Koto) and works perfectly.
Lesson learned, fuck Ami-chan just go straight to Koto for this stuff
