They never SHOW it, but her card's events make it pretty obvious that she is. She can run fast enough to catch uma, she absentmindedly mentions knowing the excitement of waiting for the gates to open at the start of a race, she is deeply concerned with uma having an accident that might end their career early, she enjoys a movie's plot about a woman living a secret life and they even allude to a story of a legendary uma that suddenly vanished and might come back at some point. Also, if you look at her in the race menu, the ears of the horse emblem behind her are perfectly positioned where her ears would be, and she often fidgets with her hat to make sure it's still where it should be.
