I'd suggest bumping Book of Moon to 3. It's nice insulation against veiler/imperm. I'd also suggest 3 Dancing Leaves. While Multiplication is the higher impact trap, it requires you to draw it alongside a higher level ninja. Dancing Leaves can combo with a low level ninja or with Book of Moon/Eclipse.
You can consider another Jioh since Dancing Leaves only summons from deck, but I don't like it. You can also consider another Kagero if you want to cross fingers for two card combos. Or just get some good cards from the bundles like Ash Blossom+Imperm to fill out your deck.
Extra deck caps at 15 max. You don't really need 3 Saizo. 2 is fine. Also Giant Spright isn't very useful without Elf or Zeus and probably Downerd. Cursed Javelin is just kinda bad. If you're in position to use it you should probably just OTK by attacking directly. I personally don't like the Moth for the same reason, but it's very cool and some people like it.
