Why do people always mention the brand of the button?
This is how I did the frame, it's to give the shape some rigidity. The height of the corner pieces are inset at the bottom so the bottom panel can be flush with the frame. You can do that for the top if you want that look but I preferred to have it protrude. I made the template in paint.net, used a glue stick to stick it to the wood sheet and then drilled it out.

Clamp the two together and drill them out at the same time.
