During this time, the Harbors of Baku will be rendered unusable via air strikes and an air assault will be conducted on Khachmaz to isolate the city internationally. Then, we'll freeze the conflict to avoid the costly final push into Baku in order to consolidate rear areas. We'll then bring them to negotiate and achieve our final victory by rendering them a economically crippled puppet that is able to do little more than export cheap gas to the EU.
