Cybernator isn't too long or too hard
Metal Warriors is longer and harder
Gun Hazard is a 30 hours playthrough but it's not hard at all. Gun Hazard feels like one of those story heavy action-RPGs on GBA, you know the era where all the action games had STORY andn RPG ELEMENTS because the era of "the substance is the difficulty" was over as most players didn't want hard games anymore. In fact it feels ahead of its time and it's like the blueprint for this type of games. I'm not saying it's bad though.

It's hard at first but hard in a good way, and once you have the right tactics down it becomes easy to go back to the point where you died. For instance the first really difficulty spike was defending the ship with the Prometheus.... until you realize that the missiles deal a shit ton more damage if you hold the button and hit something with them rather than letting go of the button and letting the shots scatter. Learning this game was a memorable ride.
Spoiler protip: you can bring a back up mech to the final boss, and with some luck and a bit of skill it won't be destroyed before you need it
