The footage is like 25fps and probably skips when there's more to encode. Look at the slow-rolling car in the background, there's a skip.

All AK clones will run fine in cold weather. The principle reason why the AR doesn't is because the (stock) extractor spring has a little rubber stop inside it which hardens in cold weather, and the extractor spring pocket is so small that any volume of icing in there jams it.

The "lobster-tail" twin-spring extractors solve this problem by eliminating the rubber and increasing the size of springs you can use.
