Pretty good take but the thing you're missing is that there isn't more than one and we're living within it. Would a random cell in a body ever see a cell in another body without direct intervention? No, it wouldn't and this is why we'll never see other "universes" unless our entity allows it. We're not necessarily a virus within this entity, perhaps more akin to an unnoticed tumor, spontaneous growth out of the ether both benign and inconsequential. When a single cell dies, what happens to it? Do our cells cry out when they break down? Would you care if they did? You probably wouldn't and neither does the entity in which we reside.
